Snackable Studio provides video editing for creators and brands around the world. This page explains what we collect when you use this website, why, and the choices you have, wherever you live.

What we collect

When you place an order or send a request on this website, we collect what you type in: your name, your email, the kind of videos you want edited, how many per month, and an optional link to your channel or work.

To stop spam and abuse, the form also uses a scrambled version of your internet address. We never store the address itself. The scrambled value is only used to limit repeated submissions and is removed after about a day.

Why we use it

To reply to your request, talk with you about your project, and protect this website from spam. We do not sell your personal information, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not use it to profile you.

Who else is involved

We use reputable providers that have their own data protection commitments. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies or trackers on this site. If you choose a light or dark display mode, that choice is saved only in your own browser and is never sent to us.

International use

We work with clients worldwide, and this website runs on a global network. That means your information may be processed in countries other than the one you live in.

How long we keep it

We keep your messages only as long as we need them to deal with your request and keep reasonable business records, then delete them. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or California), you may have the right to ask to see, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your information, to object to how we use it, or to withdraw consent you gave us. To use any of these rights, email us at the address below. We will reply as soon as we can and within the time your local law requires. You can also contact your local data protection authority.

Security

This website uses encrypted connections (HTTPS), and access to the information we collect is limited to people who need it. No method is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

Children

Our services are for businesses and creators. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16. If you think a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

We may update this page from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
